COFFEE UNIVERSITY CLASS:
>Advanced Barista Course – September 28, Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Learn the techniques of grinding, dosing and tamping to achieve perfect espresso extraction and milk texturing. This is a continued barista skill training including milk steaming and manual brewing.
Prerequisite: Basic Barista Course
Course fee:
-Early Bird: PHP 3,500 (if paid on or before September 20)
-Regular: PHP 4,000
